Real-time location data is collected exclusively to route the ride, share live progress with the passenger's saved Trusted Contacts, and coordinate response during emergency SOS events.
Government identification proofs, driving licenses, and vehicle registration documents uploaded by riders are stored securely and used solely for background screening, verification compliance, and passenger safety.
We never sell personal data to advertisers. Information is only shared with law enforcement agencies when mandated by valid legal processes or emergency life-safety protocols.
